NOTICE REGARDING CLIENTS REQUIRING INTERPRETER SERVICES
In order to provide language interpreter services to our clients, Austin Tenants' Council must employ the services of an outside agency. Clients requiring language interpreter services are asked to make an appointment with our office a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the desired appointment date.
Due to the costs we incur when scheduling the services of outside agencies, Clients are given a maximum of two consecutive opportunities annually to make and keep an appointment.
If, after a client misses two appointments in the same calendar year, we will be happy to schedule an appointment but will require that the client arrange and pay for the language services needed.
We respectfully request that clients make every diligent effort to keep their appointments.
Should a client be unable to keep a scheduled appointment, Austin Tenants' Council requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of cancellation.
