Client Grievance Procedure
All persons requesting services at the Austin Tenants' Council have the opportunity to complain about any of those services. If you feel that you have not been treated properly or have not been given proper information, you may speak directly to the Director of the Austin Tenants' Council (ATC) about your grievance. If you do not receive satisfaction at that level, you may submit a written grievance to the ATC Board of Directors. Address correspondance to: Chairperson, Board of Directors.
